1. Who we are

Runrate (runratestudio.com), called "we" or "us" in these terms. You can reach us at hello@runratestudio.com. By using Runrate you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Runrate does

Runrate estimates how much a YouTube channel likely earns from ads, how close it is to the YouTube Partner Program thresholds, and how its upload pace is changing. Every figure is an estimate built from public data and published industry rates. It is not a payout statement, a guarantee of income, or financial, tax or legal advice. Only a channel's owner can see its real earnings.

Runrate is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

3. YouTube API Services

Runrate uses YouTube API Services to read public channel and video data. By using Runrate you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts

You can scan channels without an account. To track channels you sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Runrate, and old enough to enter a contract where you live to buy a paid plan.

5. Plans, billing and payments

  • Pro Monthly is a subscription that costs $7 USD per month, billed in advance each month. It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
  • Pro Lifetime is a single payment of $34.99 USD. It gives the same Pro features with no renewals, for as long as Runrate is offered. If we ever shut Runrate down, we will tell lifetime buyers by email at least 30 days before.
  • Both options let you track up to 3 channels live.
  • Our order process is run by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, issues receipts, and handles sales tax and VAT. Its own terms also apply to your purchase.
  • Taxes may be added to the price depending on where you live.
  • If we change the monthly price, we email subscribers at least 30 days before the new price applies to them. You can cancel before then. A price change never affects a lifetime purchase you already made.
  • If a monthly payment fails, we may pause Pro features until it goes through.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel Pro Monthly at any time from your Account page, or by emailing hello@runratestudio.com. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Pro Monthly: payments are not refundable, except for billing errors and where the law gives you a right to a refund. Pro Lifetime: ask within 7 days of your purchase and we refund it in full. 7. Fair use

Please do not:

  • scan channels in bulk with scripts or bots, or try to get around usage limits;
  • copy, resell or republish our estimates as a data feed;
  • use Runrate to harass, threaten or mislead anyone, including the creators you look up;
  • try to break, probe or overload the service, or access other people's accounts.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Content and data

The Runrate site, design, text and code belong to us. Channel names, images and statistics belong to their owners and to YouTube, and we show them only to describe the channel. If you think something on Runrate infringes your rights, email hello@runratestudio.com.

9. Changes and availability

We work to keep Runrate running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. YouTube data limits can pause scans for a while. We may change or remove features. If a change takes away something you paid for, email us and we will make it right, including a refund where that is fair.

10. Disclaimers

Runrate is provided "as is". Estimates can be wrong, sometimes by a lot, because real earnings depend on private data we cannot see. Do not rely on Runrate alone for financial decisions, such as buying a channel or signing a deal.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

12. Ending the service

You can stop using Runrate at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as disclaimers and limits of liability, keep applying.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new date, and for important changes we email account holders before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection the law of your own country gives you.
